Has anyone used hostkey russia or hostkey netherlands before? Hows their speed? Do they send takedown notices for warez linking?

I used to work with peter chayanov at hostkey. They are a decent company. Speeds are going to stay stable unless you do something shady on their network. I believe DMCA notices are ignored, till a certain point.

To put it in simple terms, wikileaks moved to freaking hostkey during the USA election.
