Hello,

Just want to share my experiance i had with hostingpanel, everyone knows me that i am an uploader since WBB.

After i reached out that i need an 1gbit RDP i was offered 10gbps, after i started using for few days they reached out to me that i was using too much bandwith. I asked how much bandwith i have allowed to use, and then i was told that its a 20tb or so, havent had time to post here of my experiance with them. Then i asked why i wasnt told that when i purchesed the server or before that. And whats the point of having 10gbps server and have limit in bandwith since that server is used to upload. Then they transfered me to another server and after few days it was the same thing. Nevertheless they waited for me to pay for the invoice and after that disabled my account. At least they enabled it so i can get my files/apps.

Their offer, please see where did they said that there is a limit on the bandwith

Been using servers for over 15+years and everyone let me finish my month (since i paid for it), i asked for a refund and they said that they will not issue the refund since they were paying for the bandwith...

Overal not an recomended service.

As previously discussed, we offered you a Dedicated RDP plan that would be suitable for your needs, but you declined this option.

Your monthly bandwidth usage is extensively high, which cannot be supported under any Shared RDP plan. Please understand that we take service abuse very seriously. Our infrastructure is maintained to remain 100% clean and reliable, and we cannot risk the experience of all customers due to one user’s excessive or inappropriate usage.

Our policy is very clear: any abuse of RDP services results in immediate suspension/termination. Fair usage and service quality must be ensured for everyone. Additionally, you have already been warned three times regarding this issue, but unfortunately the abusive usage has continued.

Hello im new here and i made my first purchase, i bought Dual Intel Xeon E5-2630 v4 - 10Gbps 50GB Nvme
so im just wonder how much time will it take to be ready? i see the statuts pending just wondering if it will be ready today :) thank you
