Just working my way through a new idea.

I am trying to keep it as clean and as functional as possible.

Looks neat and simple. But I'll give you an honest opinion. This will not fetch you Novice clients as people who are not advance in using the internet may not find your website "complete" if such is the design. They are used to having websites filled with images, blah blah texts and all.

This has been my personal experience as I had a design way back in 2014 and users complained that it felt as if the site is incomplete. So I had to redesign everything.

Very clean, Decent layout, Just abit too much information on one page... Could do with separating it all a little bit. Moving thing's around.

People these day's want to come to a site, Click and go. They don't really sit around and read all that much.

Other than that, I can't see any problems.

You probably should add some pictures to your content. People like pics this days :P... Not many, a few would do the trick
