Hosting Services Business ?

Hi,

I want to ask that, here, are some of Cheap shared, VPS and dedicated hosting service providers available.

I want to ask that how can they offer a much cheaper then any other popular Hosts ?

for example: if we purchase VPS from reputed company. the minimum package they give near 40$/month. and here maximum package available in just $30.

same as dedicated servers rent.

How they peoples earn with this business ? even they give support, and many more things like coupons code etc ?

and how they contact with Data centers ? even they are very aware about the detailed system hardware ?

How they all can established the whole of the scene ? Most of here are just a team on 3 or 4 persons. some time 2.

can anyone explain me how they can do all this thing ? and what they earn ? how they manage blah blah problems etc ? and how they can give TB bandwidth and Spaces ? where they purchased this cheap things ?

Popular hosts spend a lot of their budget on promoting their business, which eats a lot of their budget already.

other thing also depends on data center, some data centers are more costly due to their locations and prices at their location.

There are many other factors which makes a difference.

Okay, but i noticed that most of the popular hosting companies using Softlayer ISP, and here most of using Softlayer or its co-ISPs,

Same like you, you offer VPS8$ with cpanel, and many moet hings you provide in the package. can you tell me that how you do this ? and managed ? have you purchased Server per year ? and split the server parts between 5 to 10 peoples in $8 ? or you just act as Broker between Original hosting and client ?
