Hosting Needed!

I'm currently putting an idea together and I'm in need of a VPS Provider that will allow me to host the site and also Nintendo DS/3DS Roms directly on the server.

thats difficult to find. i suggest you going to a russian hoster with big ftp.

Actually this isn't a bad idea..I saw some sites hosting their files on their own servers, and you need to pay for traffic :D ===_>>> money making :P
