Hosting account problems!

HIi everyone.
I had 1 account on proxyrefresh.net
Then I moved to some other account leaving it.


But now I need to shift the site on a new account which is again on proxyrefresh.net

And Now I m getting a DNS error while creating a account!

Is this because I already have a account on it?
If Yes! then how can I delete it?
I already informed my old host about that and they told that they have delted it.
What shud I do?

Oh man... I'm sorry about that, hopefully they can help you with that. Have you asked their support?

If your DNS is pointed to the server there should be no DNS error. If you just did it, it can take up to 48 hours to refresh... If I understand the problem correctly.
