I use Hosthatch more than 4 months, really have good support but network low half-and-half last 2 months, I think network not 2 gbit now low 1 gbit. and This month vps work very slow.(I think more user use for seeding)....

I´m in the same situation as robinex , lately hosthatch VPS are very very slow, sometimes run a simple ssh command needs ages. I already opened various times tickets on their support and fix it but after a few days VPS returns to run slow.

I can assure you we can be trusted. We're a registered business and going to be one year old on 11th April, 2012.

Thank you for your kind words about our support. I can confirm that we do have a network level issue but it is out of our control. Our network provider is doing upgrades to prevent this issue further and adding new transits to the network, which means when it is back to normal, it will be much better than what it used to be when we started facing this issue. Please do note that this issue only happens on peak times and we expect it to be completely fixed in this week.

EDIT: NETWORK IS FIXED NOW.

Please email me directly at abdullah@hosthatch.com and I'll look into your issue. Network and SSH command taking ages are different things, and it could be due to an abuser on the same node. Email me and I'll get this fixed for you as soon as possible.

I see your issue was fixed in ticket #522172.
