1.is there a refund poilcy on these VPS... If so wat is the date

2. Will u provide clean repositories of Linux wihtout (Yum config locks)

3. can we enable Tun/Tap Filters on these VPS

Yeah, good question. What about Windoze VPS?

PS. Can't connect to your site from 3 locations (EU, EU, USA),
so something wrong with your website.

After testing 100MB port it's time to test 1GB port to see the difference B-)

I have bought the Hatch VPS 1 plan with the nice promotion to see if this is what i need, 3 hours have pased and still no login data for the vps and no reply from the email that i have sent and the live help waiting for hours and still waiting.

here in south america it's 7:36 PM atm, maybe the guys are sleeping :))

We were online at that time and flooded with requests, You can always send in a ticket and we reply under 30 minutes, Please be kind to share your WHMCS email here you have registered with us, We have a guaranteed 12 hours setup time and we follow it. Altough no current order has taken 12 hours, All are done in 1 hour.

We were getting alot of Spam orders atm and we were still working and getting the orders done in 1 hour.

If your order is taking more time, Please check your Spam folder, Most of the times we have sent the Welcome email and it goes to Spam folder. Also, If it is not done under 2 hours, Please send in a ticket and we'll get back to you in under 30 minutes, Its really hard to maintain 30 minutes reply times and we are currently doing that.

After 1 day of full tests i can say that this guys offer a real 1Gbps, i dont know how many lcients per server are but the speeds are awesome.

I don't have screens to show but the average speed for downloading was 20 MB/s per connection and if you use a download manager hehe... it reach 60-80-100MB/s easy it's insane!, this from Megaupload because a single connection at least on my tries was to 5-6 MB/s.

In the upload it's a beast, 20MB/s each links (uploading 5 files together) some links went to 60-80MB/s specially on fileserve and netload. :))

The support are great, the tickets are responded in less than 10 minutes like the said, and it's nice to see such a great attention even when i requested a refund they have no problems given you the money back if you're not satisfied.
