Hello,

I would like to announce that this node has software misconfiguration and no VM is able to go more then 100Mbit.

We are aware of the issue and we are fixing it, this would be fixed in less then 24 hours and you will have full 2Gbit. I recommend that you backup your data as we will reinstall the node with correct virtualization.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but we will give 72 hours added time for free because of this and I would personally be handling all the refunds so if you need a refund and cannot wait 24 hours, please open a ticket for it.

I am proud to announce that all the 2Gbit VPS are reinstalled and now getting full 2000Mbit (2Gbit) speeds. Please login to your SolusVM account to reset your root password so you can be able to use your VPS again.

We are performing reinstall again as we have figured out the problem and its with the new CentOS 6. We have upgraded to CentOS 6 and the problem is appearing again, this will take no more then 8 hours and we will reinstall the OS to CentOS 5.5 so that will fix the problem.

If you would like to cancel and request a refund, please contact us via a support ticket.

We would like to apologize, in advance, for all of the inconvenience this may have caused you.

okz i checked now soluvs panel working fine ... so i guess node has been reinstalled we will hear some good news very soon :D ..waiting for hosthatch response ... As they are stable Host for me :)

hello hosthatch we had purchased a 2gbps server recently from you but i had a big problem from your server.when i had kept premium account and downloading the speed is only 200kbs only very low it was very irritating for us even though we had added premium account we had kept so many complaints are ticketed regarding this issue none of them solved it in order to show you proofs the following are the proofs of speeds

is it really 2gbps line??its not working perfectly like 100mbps line also??what shall we do??my friends submitted so many tickets regarding this issue you had not solved this problem??tell me the solution what we have to do regarding this problem??because of this irritating finally we had posted my problem here
