HostGi is being sold due to the fact that myself and iHate can not manage it on a daily basis because of real life commitments - therefore we have both agreed on selling HostGi as a whole.

At this Current point in time there are no problems with the hosting.

What we are Selling:

HostGi.com (Domain & site)
All the Designs + PSDs + whmcs Design
All the Clients + whmcs backup

We are not including:

The VPS on which we host the clients.

This would be a perfect purchase for a current Hosting provider who wishes to expand their client base with 40+ clients or for someone looking to start a hosting company but would like a little boost.

Proof of ownership:

All the clients are Shared Hosting Clients and they run on: cPanel + Litespeed

VPS that we are currently using:

(E3-1240) 4x 3.30Ghz
3GB Ram Dedicated
4GB Ram Burst
225GB HDD
2Gbit Port
100TB Bandwidth
6IP's

Please be aware that we are not selling the VPS with the purchase, we are only showing the specs so that the new owner has an idea of what he needs to buy or if his/her server can handle these clients.

Any other questions please ask in thread.

Starting Bid: $50

Increments: $10
But It Now: $250
Auction ends: Nov. 26th

We accept Alertpay or Paypal.

We will keep the VPS running for another week until the new owner can transfer all the clients but we do not offer any support with the transfer process. We will give full root access to the VPS and whmcs.

If anyone would like to view the whmcs/whm via teamviewer we would be more than happy to give potential clients a tour.

We have the right to refuse sale in general and/or to a specific person.

You agree by bidding for HostGi that if you take over you agree to takeover the 1 Month clients and 6 months clients for the full term they paid for, you also agree to keep the current packages/prices for the clients and if you decide to increase the prices you agree to give all the customers at least 1 month notice.

Selling already? I swear the hosting company was made this month?. Btw i might be interested depending on the answer for the following questions.

How many of your clients pay?
How much do they pay on average per month?
Is the designs etc unique?

All the clients pay, i also have a few free accounts but they are not included on whmcs
on average ~$130
and design it not unique

A VPS is 55gbp (85 usd) with or without cPanel? If it doesn't have cPanel, that's $100 + $15 for WHMCS. $115. Clients pay ~$130. Profit is $15.

$90 should be the max imo you should be looking for if the above's how it works.

Not trying to trash your thread or smth.

First of all...this is a sales thread, so if you dont want to bid, stay out.

Secondly, the profit is much more than $15...your figures are way off.

@MINDY , 60$ from my Side For WHMCS+DOMAIN+TEMPLATE , No VPS /Hosting needed, I will transfer all clients to my Own Server Myself

130$ a month earned by the company

55 British pounds = 85.40 USD Dollars

cPanel/WHM License = 35$ USD Dollars

WHMCS Monthly License = 15$ USD Dollars

85 + 35 + 15 = 135$

So with the current figures the new owner would instantly be at a loss of 5$.

WHMCS also doesn't include the costs automatically deducted by PayPal/AlertPay in that top left corner earnings widget, they automatically deduct 3.4% + £0.20 GBP

3.4% of 135$ = 2.95$

40 clients, 0.20GBP per client = 8.00GBP.

8.00GBP in USD = 12.42

12.42 + 2.95 = 15.37$

So the company has received 130 - 15.37 = 114.63$

Then the new owner would have to cater to clients who have ordered 6 months of hosting and who have paid iHate so the new owner cannot expect to get paid by x amount of clients for 6 months.

I don't want to be hating as I like both of you @Mindy & iHate. But I am failing to understand how the profit is more than 15$ with the current figures provided and considering I'm supposed to be helping people out on this forum due to being a moderator I feel like I need to express my opinion, even if it means you guys disliking me; as I try to be mutual in all situations.

If it wasn't for the fact that clients had already paid for 6 months of hosting I would of been interested in purchasing the company.

Regarding the posts in front of this, where can you purchase a WHM license for 13$? Everywhere I have looked they're all around 35$ or more

whmcs - $11.99/m & cPanel - $13/m

$85 + $12 + $13 = $110

and also 1 6month client has requested a refund and it has been issued.

And the thing is your paying for a business that does not make a loss from the start,
a business that you can build on.

(and i think Mindy was including the 6 month customers when she was talking about
profit but i'm not really counting them)

Also, if the VPS is optimized properly, then it could have twice the customers we have on there now.

There is 1 client who has a 6 month account - the rest are all monthly. I don't really know why you have interjected as a mod Sp32...if they don't want to bid, they don't have to. What needs modding here?
