whoa ?

i did read their ToS, they did mention that we are allowed to use any materials that they have as long as it is not used for defamatory purposes ?
 
I doubt your site is in any sort of violation with them. Seeing as how it's pretty much just an affiliate site. If anything some of the images you use may be a no no
 
I did not notice your site was an affiliate site, I thought you were starting your own hosting company with Hostagator's name on it
 
phew, you've got me paranoid bxflow and thanks adultguru for the information.

as I am worried, I have talked to a live chat representative, and she said it does not look like we are in breach but she isn't a lawyer and told me to send an email to their legal team

I have done so, will keep this thread updated once I find out their decision

it would be sad to see all the hard work flushed down the drain or i just hope they tell me what i cannot place on the site :(

alright just to give everybody an update.

looks like it is alright and there are no legal repercussions

this is the response I received
