It's not allowed.
 
They woudn't be able to detect if you were using nulled scripts very easily, (not that I condone using nulled scripts) there is a very slim chance that you would get banned for using them. As for linking to warez, I don't think there would be a problem unless someone reported you.
 
Let me tell you this read there TOS before buying hosting there, I had my site up for 2 months with them, then they shut it down because they found out i was linking warez and pron. They wont refund your money neither so watch out for them, I also lost my money with them trust me.
 
HostGator will shut you down for anything illegal. Other then that they are a great host for mainstream and provide awesome support 24/4 chat
