They've refunded and cancelled my shared hosting account with them because of getting "sold out" which is funny because I ordered in December.

I do keep backups. It's the inconvenience of transfers, restoration and the database errors I get which pisses me off.

I've moved to 9To5Host. Not too happy with them either.

I was happy with HostFord for the time I was there though.

I never heard about Hostford to be honest. Did you try Hostgator before? I have been with them for around 5 years and I didn't have serious problems so far.

Hostgator ? EIG? I would never suggest any one a EIG owned company, Pathetic Support. Sooner or later you'll be forced to move out because of the support issues you will encounter.

me too got that message from hostford..dont know what happened to them,,..their support and uptime is good but they suddenly stop their service glad already transferred to other host and so far good uptime
