Hostedges sold my RDP to another new user although I use this service for more than 1 year ago. All my files on the RDP were deleted. I tried to access my RDP again and again, but I was always disconnected. Someone is using my RDP!!!!!!!!

I opened a support ticket for 3-4 hours, but no staff answers me.

The problem has been resolved. Thanks for your support.

When I signed up for the service, I didn't get any email notification in my mailbox and same in the case of when I created a ticket.

I also checked my spam, nothing's there. I guess, there's something wrong with email delivery!
 
I use your France Small RDP50 service, but why do I have 25 GB disk storage, 50 GB?

I opened a ticket on 10/05/2013 18:44 but until now no respond from a staff.

You should quickly improve your customer support, otherwise your customers will say bye from your services at all.

we currently have problem with emails sending. iam going to fix it soon. everyone who want to check your invoices or emails you can check it from your client area. again i am apologized for this matter.
