i`ve sent ticket #957852 but no respond..
 
Excuseme sir, i was check your website the US SMALL Plan Features is say Bandwidth "Unlimited" but why while i click "order now" is say 20 TB??

Please check Ticket #984374. I can't connect RDP for 2 days.
i told you in the previous ticket serveral time. your account has been suspended. you always abuse all the server memory causing the server stucking all the time. i got complains from other customers.

below average RDP provider. Started out good, speeds faded away with more users using the RDP everyday. Currently there are 30 users it seems like it on the france RDP. Not happy at all with their services. The hard drive says its running out of space every other day and I barely have anything on it.

how do you expect for a good server with that cpu, memory and network load? when you see the lag or any other discussion please open your ticket before you come here. also please do not post the image of all users here due to security. you can say by numbers of users. thank you

By posting comments here Everyone will see the response from the users and support by provider..

I think its Good for your Customers when they will see you in position of resolving problems.
