I've been with hostdzire for years now, and I'm starting to notice their support staff have become more and more incompetent. My invoice ends today but before the day ended they disabled my account before the invoice date. I never had that happen to me before, it's like one staff member was afraid I won't pay, which is stupid since I've been using the same service for literally 3 years. I sent in a ticket and staff fixed it quick, but it's stupid that I had to open a ticket for this.

More importantly, the server I'm on has been having trojan/malware problems, malwarebytes was acting up and finding things on the server left and right. I notified support staff about this and their solution was to remove malwarebytes..? Our server is probably infected right now with no protection.

With that said, their support does respond pretty quickly, it's just the way the new support staff do things is questionable. Regarding their servers, they are still reliable and fast, prices are the cheapest and best value. That's why I've been with them for 3 years! I just hope they train their support staff better and please someone higher up ensure that my rdp server is not infected anymore.

As once invoice shows overdue then our staff disable account.
It should not get disabled before.

I would like to see your issue so please pm me your username or ticket id.
After all you were our client for 3 years, no one just use a provider for 3 years without loving their service.
So i would like to find what went wrong now.

I first use HostDzire last 2015 and still using them right now. Very good servers and rdp with really cheap prices. Also really good support always available on skype

Hello sir, can you help me?

I just bought France/Intel Atom C2350 4G SATA for $20.
IP address: 163.172.80.24

I am really really disappointed because the server machine is very very slow and many times was not responding for a long time. even for just right clicking while doing download (not even using IDM, using built in browser download and only download 1 file).
I just bought and use this server for few hours, not even 24 hours. But for sure many hours are passed waiting for your support ticket to reply me with "not problem solving" messages.

I know that dedicated server are not refundable sir, but could you please meet me in the middle here? I need to you to replace me with other server in the same price or even lower price would still be okay to me. At least i can do my work. For 20$ pay and get a super lag pc it is just annoying.

I know that the server package i bought is intel atom, but for only downloading 1 file seems to be heavy load for the server is just unacceptable. I think you shouldn't put this package in your RDP list.

I also think that your sales chat person should be more responsible in explaining the items that they are selling, because before i bought the package i asked your sales person about a demo (even for just 30 minutes because of non refundable policy, so it will not be like buying a cat in the bag) and he explained that you are not providing demo. Then I asked about other details like "would be intel atom run smoothly and not lagging if i just using it for downloading and uploading?", He answered to me that for just downloading and uploading, it would be no lag and will run smoothly. The fact is not even close.

I also asked your sales chat person about the network speed, and he explained about
shared / fair usage / best effort but the fact that the download speed only getting 2-5MB/s with IDM and 1MB/s with built in browser download is very misleading and unacceptable.

I did open tickets, asking to meet me in the middle here. at least for my 20$ spent i still get something that i can work but it seems that your ticketing reply are trying to forced me to just be happy with what i get.

Sir, I am asking your fair act decision here. I paid. I don't ask for a refund. I appreciate your policy. But please appreciate me too as your almost half year customer by replacing me with same price server package or even little lower price server so i can work.

I personally checked your issue.
And saw machine is fine, network is fine but disk getting overloaded when you downloading files.
As server have 1 Disk only system also lagging because of disk load.
I also tested disk health and its fine too.

But still i asked dc support to look into it, maybe they can find any fault.

And it's not our sales department fault at all, in server spec you see it have 1x1TB and Atom Processor With 4GB RAM
You should not expect performance like E3-1230 or X3440 those are xeon cpu with 4 disk which we using in Rdp services.
And its a dedicated server we dont offer demo or refund in dedicated.

I will reply in ticket if i get any good news for you.
Next time buy server with SSD disk because in your server i see disk i/o is issue not network or cpu.

First of all, i was thanking you for your solution you gave me. Why so harsh?
I did sent ticket, but everytime i am reporting this kind of behavior i always get a reply that basically saying "everything is good, working fine". So i thought i tried to reach you here to get more attention and anyone can read it. It is very different than your policy in your sales page which is saying:
[FONT=&amp]"We will send you warning first, if you will not lower your uses we will suspend rdp. Please note: you are not allowed to use more than 10-15% CPU in non-encoding rdp and more than 4GB RAM in any rdp plans."[/FONT]

And those user may have encoding plan eg: Ultra Fast Rdp #3
So they can use it for encoding, because they paid for it.

When i was just wanna say thank you in the first time, (i noticed this at the first time i log into the rdp you gave me as a replace, and i thought that's fine) but because you said this here, now i gotta reply and ask:
"ARE YOU PUTTING NON ENCODING USER IN THE SAME SERVER AS ENCODING USER?"
"Are you using the same server/machine/cpu (or whatever you call it) and splitting three different package in it such as Ultra Fast Rdp #1, Ultra Fast Rdp #2, Ultra Fast Rdp #3?"

when one of my RDPs got hacked some days ago the motherf*cker overwrote my ZOOM exe which caused all my streamango files getting uploaded to the hacker's account for days, making me lose decent money.... (wasn't even easy to realize, because account details haven't changed in settings, all I could see my files not showing up...)...... I'm very unhappy and still don't understand how my account just gets "hacked" from one day to another, seeing another bastard controlling my cursor, trying to run some goddamn Instagram bot, etc...... just as that, I'm really interested in what ways there are for anyone to take FULL CONTROL of my rdp any time and go f*ck things up...

I remember your anti-malware tool found a bunch of threats anyway but it's not me who is downloading those so it's a REALLY annoying thing to get f*cked because of something I have nothing to do with...
