Warning to all:

I was 5 month at HostDzire (3 Month RDP, 2 VDS) and its really bad. In 5 Months I get 3 new Servers. First, because they upgradet Servers for SSD (hm okay, must move everything and set up...)

Second Time, Dont know why, New servers... 48 Time to move !?

Third time, they want to protect me for defect Hardware. What did I get ? New Server with defect HDD!?

Didnt get my money back or free time ... NOTHING.

Now I switch to nForce. Hostdzire can wait looong for money.... :thumbdown:(finger)

And for moving.

1st one was for rdp, and moved only single time. you got new server with SSD for os. i mean its better server , you should thank us.
i know setuping is hard, but you need to understand creating all users account it hard too :( but we did it for out client.

2nd and 3rd was for VDS
if hardware got issue, and we moved you before its give you downtime, still you blame us ?
you need to understand its shared system. and sometimes it gives slow speed. and you came to live chat and we fixed it, isnt ?
if you have problem with this , order dedicated server,


Regarding refund :- its too late now, we refund in 24 hours, but we refund sometimes in 2-5 days too if client has issue with speed etc we did our best and there is only user you in vds who is complaining us regarding all issue,

Only because its shared, it must work or not? To many Problems? And My Friend got same Problems and get 50% off for 6 Months. And I get nothing.

Sure we solved it. But its max. 24h and its same problem. And hey, Most time you say "create ticket"...

Dont like it anymore. Thanks for everything but I buyed Dedicated Server at nForce now. :)
 
I cant see you reported issue in 24 hours :) you came back from many days,
if there is no staff of VDS in live chat, they will tell you to create ticket. and you get reply fast in ticket. max in 24 hours. mostly in 1 hour.

anyway stop this discuss. its ok you didnt renew it :)

Bought VDS yesterday 250gb HDD plan one. got server details within 3 hour. however they installed windows server 2012, later i submitted ticket to install win server 2008 and they install 2008 OS like within 2~3 hour. so if anyone want to use 2008 instead of 2012 add additional comment when you ordering vds.

using server approx 12 hour. so far everything is good, rar-unrar, torrent download looks fine. ul.to upload speed easily hitting 70~60mb/sec.
 
Everyone is talking good about hostdzire,so am i the only one who had problems with them? At firs i ordered win 2008 server and got 2012 without communication,but it was ok, i got comfortable with it ,few days later, raid controller had an error, coulnt use the server for few hours, some days later,whole server down....After that i moved to another server and now, raid controller error my partition is gone an i cant use it if i needed....so whats the problem?shitty hardware?too many users?

Server Perfomance was good at packing / unpacking, uploadspeed up to 80 mb/s so thats ok

Well,

old server was down because of other issue not raid issue.
and this one just got problem few min ago and you posted here without contacting live chat.

its Raid 0, we are using it for best read and write speed.
but disadvantage is it fails sometimes.

Any way it will be fixed in few hours max.

I contacted livechat,but its annoying, i moved to get better hardware and i now new problems....i am using the rdp a few hours a week and i am not a heavy user,but when i want to use it ,there are always problems...my id is "Luuk S....."
