They truly suck and falsly advertise. i have been waiting a day and a half for an account it says it takes an hour to setup. i have placed numerous support tickts with no response as far as im concerned its a scam

Come on, some companies have a lot of things to go through. Just bear with them for a couple days and if no response then initiate paypal refund.

well they shouldnt say it takes an hour when thats not even close to accurate. when i i clicked buy now the money came outta my account instantly they didnt have to wait a day and a half why should i?

If you order offshore vps you've to give them a few more days as they're waiting on list of IP's to be re-assigned to them. Yes there support is slow this is due to the lack of staff I do believe they made an announcement about bringing more staff onto there team. No they're not a scam just give them time.
