Using HOST PALACE from June, 2014 and never had a single downtime. Their service is cheap as compared to others.

Hey guys why is it taking you so long to fix the problem , sites down since last 7 hours ,where has your fast support gone these days ?

it took lot of time but the problem is finally solved now & everything seems to be working fine

This month i am having a very bad experience with your vps :facepalm: , your server keeps going down..today too sites,vps,ftp,solusvm,..everything is down since last 9 hrs & i cant work..same thing was yesterday too . replied abt it in ticket [#30757] 9 hrs over & still its not fixed ..whats happening ?

In addition, your VPS is dmca ignored totally?
 
Worst service ever.

Worked okay before but they gave me a Cracked version of windows and asked me to use it.

And now my server gone since 1 month and i am asking for new one again and again and no one is replying 1 guy replied 1 month ago and then no one replied.

I also have paid him in advance and they still aren't gonna get this done.

what a shame for such old customer.....

Loooking for new services if they don't provide me in some time.

Also waiting for refund in my Paypal. Details already sent him!

i want host my movie site, because in my provider now,
