Host for a Wordpress Blog

I will be hosting a wordpress blog with the flowplayer plugin to stream movies from megavideo. Anyone know a good host in which i will be able to go from shared to vps later on?

You should considering semi dedicated hosting.
You can get pretty decent prices for them, and you won't have to "move" you can merely just upgrade your plan with your host and stay on the same server. (Of course until your site gets really big, and needs it's own server, etc).
