Hey looking for people who are willing to help out on my new poultry forum I

📌 GENERAL STAFF ACTIVITY RULE (ALL STAFF)
  • Must be online a few times a week
  • Must make around 10 posts per week
  • Must stay active in discussions and staff duties
  • Inactivity without notice may result in removal from staff

⚠️ STAFF WARNING POWER (ALL STAFF)
  • All staff members can issue warnings to members
  • Warnings must be fair and based on forum rules
  • Staff should not abuse warning power

💻 TECHNICIAN EXCEPTION
  • Technicians do NOT normally move, edit, or delete threads/posts

Admins are the highest staff rank and can do all staff roles.

You must:
  • Be very active and consistent
  • Be trusted, mature, and respectful
  • Know the rules very well
  • Stay calm and fair in all situations
Responsibilities:
  • Do ALL staff roles (moderation, global moderation, technical support if needed)
  • Oversee all staff members
  • Handle serious issues and disputes
  • Approve major changes or updates
  • Ban members when necessary
  • Fix problems anywhere on the forum
  • Keep the forum organized and running smoothly
Important:
  • No abusing power
  • Must be responsible and fair at all times
  • Admin positions are earned over time

🌍 GLOBAL MODERATOR REQUIREMENTS
Global Mods help manage the entire forum across all boards.

You must:
  • Be active across the entire forum
  • Be fair and unbiased
  • Understand all rules
  • Be highly trusted
Responsibilities:
  • Moderate the entire forum
  • Handle reports and rule-breaking posts
  • Approve new members
  • Make sure posts are in correct sections
  • Add labels / prefixes
  • Help resolve conflicts
  • Assist moderators when needed
  • Ban members when necessary
Important:
  • Use banning power responsibly
  • Stay calm in serious situations
  • No favoritism
  • Be a strong example for others

🛡️ MODERATOR REQUIREMENTS
Moderators help run the entire forum but do not have banning power.

You must:
  • Be active across the forum
  • Be friendly and helpful
  • Understand the rules well
Responsibilities:
  • Approve new members
  • Handle reports and rule-breaking posts
  • Make sure posts are in correct sections
  • Add labels / prefixes
  • Help members anywhere on the forum
  • Keep discussions clean and active

  • No banning power
  • Must report serious issues to Global Mods/Admins

💻 TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
Technicians handle the technical side of the forum.

You must:
  • Understand basic coding (HTML/CSS or ProBoards editing)
  • Be patient and careful with changes
  • Be active when needed
Responsibilities:
  • Fix bugs or forum issues
  • Edit themes and layout design
  • Add or improve features
  • Only move, edit, or delete posts if they are unsafe, broken, or needed for technical/forum maintenance
  • Help with technical problems
Important:
  • Always test changes first
  • Don’t break the forum 😅
  • Double-check everything before applying


⚖️ QUICK STAFF STRUCTURE
  • 👑 Admin → All roles (full control of forum)
  • 🌍 Global Moderator → Full moderation + banning power
  • 🛡️ Moderator → Full moderation, no banning
  • 💻 Technician → Design + technical fixes (limited post control)
