Hiring GFX Designer On Monthly Pay

I would like to hire GFX Designer for our new project on monthly salary of
$100 per month.

Req:

He should very professional and creative in his work.We are not looking for ameature designer.

He will have to design atleast 10-15 banners or other gfx work per month.

I'm interested, I've done Graphics for many sites on here, coded skins as well.

I don't have a portfolio as I've been out of the scene for a while, but ask around or look around.

Not sure about the monthly pay as there's a bunch of scammers online, and who's to say you won't take my work and not pay up. (Not saying that you will, but it's a risk I'm not willing to take.)
