Pretty much like katz.cd but in different niche with few changes.

1. They would have to send me an email to get accepted.
2. There would be interface on site where they can submit the links they want.
3. I would manually approve all the link that has come through.
4. There should be a blacklist where I can put rejected sites.
5. Rating system for sites, from 1star to 5.

I know that, but I am not sure if I alone can do it. I am talking about a pretty interesting and unique project here and going to invest a decent amount everymonth for branding and promotion.

So if you think you're a good coder and can design, PM me with details.

Ah, nice - would be epic; maybe something similar to what litewarez did.

A small piece of friendly advice though; I suggest you learn the basics of PhotoShop (drawing boxes, text, and so on) and draw the way you want the code to look like, as in the GUI, and later once it's coded, get a designer to create a design for that, so your coder and code the design into it as well. That would give you a better success rate at what you're actually looking for, as we all know; images are better than words ;) Just something I always do when I've an idea, to avoid errors, save time, etc.
 
thanks for the advise. I know some photoshop and will draw the outline of what i am talking about. But referring to katz would be easier for the coders to understand what i am saying. there are few tweaks which could be explained very easily.
