Hiring a Team or Looking for a partner for "Making Money Forum".

I am planning to start a new forum which would be about "making money online". This forum would basically include discussions like HYIP investments, blogging money, forum money, how to make money online etc etc.

EITHER:
Looking to hire 2 guys who would help me to get the forum activity up and running. They would basically be the moderators, staff or whatever you may want to call them.

OR:
Partner who can invest with me and at the same time would be with me to get the forum up and running , marketed and advertised.

I think you are better off making a blog on how to make money online and talk about ad companies such as adbrite etc, and include your affiliate link for each of the ad companies you talk about
 
I've got several years of experience with HYIPs, Autosurfs, GPTs (ptc, ptr, ptp, etc.) and I could probably help you getting some activity with my knowledge.

However, as SaBteCh asks; is this a paid job?
 
You never know what people on the Internet mean by "hiring". It could mean that we would get a share of ad income, referral income, etc.

And please elaborate "hiring" for that matter. How much will one be paid for being active on your forum?
