Hiring a Coder

I don't know what it requires or anything such in this field. I am designing a portfolio website for someone to display there artwork on the site. My client has given me two weeks to complete the project. All the artwork is going to be .PNG/.JPEG images.

Can I just design each page of the website and have someone work with the design so it can be uploaded to a ftp server to a complete website?

How much would this cost for someone to hire.

Examples of sites (obviously much better looking):

Also I have heard that the design has to be sliced to be coded? Can anyone refer me to a decent tutorial for this because it would be my first time.

you would be better giving PSD images to the coder, that way they can get all images they need more easily.
Yes, design each page how you want it and the coder can turn that into html / css for you, really easy to do.
Not sure how much it would cost, probably about $10.. if that?

Yup, Design can be Designed then sliced with Adobe Photoshop then exported to HTML/CSS,
Its all simple enough to do, Search google or youtube for "PSD to HTML"
