Check that you aren't doing the following:

• Copying another ClipWatching file but are adding it to URL Upload (you should be using Clone Upload).
• Adding a download link from a seedbox (GDrive, Rapidseedbox, Seedbox.io, UltraSeedBox, SeedIt4Me, etc) to Clone Upload (you should be using URL Upload).

Also, remember that ClipWatching does not leech from other domains (Vidlox, Vidoza, CloudWatching, MixDrop, etc).

In that case, if you are using Windows 7, 8 or 10, you should run PSR (this is a Steps Recorder) and send the saved recording to @ClipWatching in a PM. They can review it and advise you on your next steps.
