in this moment count system almost not work it's imposible believe me i know what traffic i can have
in this moment do you not pay almost nothing for USA...
one week ago you told us you will change the rates every 2-3 days...tell me how many times you have changed?
and now we have to whait until 4th to se new rates and until then you pay how much you whan because anyway for usa it's not even 10$ for 10k views and this is a joke...and on 4 you wil put maybe a better rates but for how long?2 or 3 days?and after that again 2 weeks will be a joke...
why do you not put low rates and count our views and earning...i am sure everybody whan to earn
