High-Speed Server Needed

My site is in the testing process and the first thing we discovered is that the server we had bought was not capable of doing the job.

Please disregard the thread I made in the VPS section, as I need to request a Dedicated server for the job.

Here are the specs:
- 40GBs HDD (or more)
- 1GB RAM (or more)
- TBs of bandwidth
- VERY high download/upload speed (we are talking MBs per second here)
- Very stable uptime
- Offshore in a country with high speeds (we are not currently worried about DMCA's)

If you have an offer, please either PM me or send a message back here ASAP.
Do note that the hoster that provides the lowest monthly cost while also fulfilling the specs will be chosen, which means that hoster will be our main hoster for months ahead. This can be considered an important deal for any dedi-hosters out there.

What speed do you need 100Mbit enough, or need to go 1Gbit?
For those specs I'd go for a VPS, I don't believe there's a need for full dedication.

that's 1 gbps dedicated, and your's is 8GB RAM, 1.5TB HDD, 50Mbps PEAK 300Mbps OFF-PEAK, LOL. That's totally different

So far this thread have had 134 views, yet just 13 responses. Come on, somebody must have an available server that's fast enough? What did DedicatedTV.net/SceneFlux/SceneDDL(also called XLDR, I've heard) use?

And btw, don't focus much on the RAM and HDD. It's the speed; upload and download speed, that I really need to be high for this server.
