It depends on your blog, I guess it's an adult one so the best thing you could do is to eliminate some of them if you don't have more than 200-300k traffic as 4 networks is a bit too much. Do a 48h test with each and see where the earnings are bigger and stick with it.

If you however have more than 200k impressions per day, assuming 50% of it is raw traffic - you could send it to multiple partners, not just 4. I prefer AdMaven on the networks you wrote. Higher rates and their support always answer me fast.

Popcash isn't that good. Try using ad server, that way you can get more from each of your impressions.
