I only have akismet..

Search the forum for threads on useful wordpress stuff, don't go on making threads

you need bbcode offcourse if you want to add your forum posts on your WP site.

what is the plugin for google analytics?
i tried to install one but i think i got the wrong one

Go to your theme options and paste the analytics code there, you dont need a plugin for that.

Anyways, You have to install those 2 plugin:
All in one Seo Pack and Google sitemap.
Than change your parmalink to /%postname%/
