Help with my Wordpress site

Hi all,
I do have a wp site, which has a total of 3 articles on it. The thing is my webhost (aquickhost) went down and haven't got any response from them. Unfortunately I didn't get to back up my site and now I'm wondering if I can remake my site on another webhost.

I've built BL and my site has around 200 BL overall. Also it is on the first page of G with my keyword.

Main question: Can I remake my site, and still be able to have those backlinks and maintain it's ranking? Or will I be starting from zero?

Any help/advice?

If you do not have your sql or any other files i reckon your going to have to start again but maybe not
