[Help]What's the fastest ways to crawl vB threads?

For a legit reason..i want to ask what's the fastest ways to 'crawl' a vB forum threads? Like taking it's title and url of that thread (Not interested in the content)

I would guess by knowing the forums you want and crawling each forum using the pages feature like this:
http: // www .wjunction. com/forumdisplay.php?f=4&order=desc&page=1
Changing the page= until you get an error.
