[HELP] User moderated poblem - vBulletin

Guys can anyone help me one of my user is moderated. I dont know how this happed, i tried to change its user group i also moved him a a moderator but still i got the problem.

When he post something link this pop-out.

He is the only user that is moderated. Any idea why?
