I have installed 4 sborg on 2 vpses, none of them work as it should 
I'm still new to sborg, and I asked somik for a lot of questions and he was very very helpful, But still can't make it work
I have a movie ( 2 AVI -CD1 and CD2 - in a folder on the VPS ) and I need sBorg to :
1- Add an internet shortcut file of my site in that folder
2- Add a comment of my own
3- Make screenshots for these 2 files ( 2 avi )
4-Rar the folder with 260mb
Here is what I have done :

And keep getting this errors :

Could not create a new RAR archive.Can someone help pleasE ?
