Can anyone help me with my site SEO ??

I mean i did SEO Myself but i am not professional ..So if anyone can have a look on my forum and can tell me if i did anything wrong or anything else i can do to improve SEO !! please help me.

showing 2 head keywords and description tag
something is wrong there
