Help regarding RL plugins

can anyone help me... as i hv my VPS n hv made RL on it...... i hv RL script it is working fine......

but can anyone help me regarding plugins.....
i need to put new plugins of duckload n filesonic mainly....
1) from where i'll get plugins both download/upload
2) where to upload it

For upload you can use the FTP plugin on the hosts whom support FTP upload, this also performs faster then the usual upload plugins.
