Help please ? vbulletin save problem

Recently about few days ago i moved to another host and since from then i tried everything but i can't save anything in my admincp when try to change something like the template or add a new style or add a script or do a backup.

If anybody can help me please do, thank you.

I am running a vbulletin 3.8.4
When i try to save something in the admin cp it only shows me a blank page.

most probably this cause due to suhosin or mod_security try to find out here.. may be this will help.
