help needed

hello guys i just switched to a vps and i use kloxo on it everything seems to be running smooth however i can't upload any hook xml extension and if i make any changes on the skin it shows its saving it in acp however the changes doesn't show up on the skin index i'm pretty sure its something i need to change the permission but i can't find it can anyone who is good with kloxo help me?thanks
i was getting prob with minify yesterday change the permission it worked.

full permission for what?when i was on cpanel it was ok,means like the changes are not getting saved and importing xml also is failing

I would double check with the permissions, that what it sounds like for me.
