When i try to make a subdomain or addon domain i get an internal server error
when ever a php file uploads i even made test files like just saying test i get it

Have you set the DNS for the sub domain?

well i get free sub domains from them and when i first got the hosting i was able to use the sub domains no problem idk wat changed the hosting owner dont know either and i didnt even change any settings

try deleting the .htaccess file.

Just rename the .htaccess to htaccess.txt will do

if i rename it or delete my htaccess it fucks up my katz Submissions but it fixes everything else oh and btw this is vbseo 3.2.0
