Help needed to configure a host, Noob question

but my friend jasoothai is telling that he had got email having the following nameservers
hcn1.hostcreed.com
hcn2.hostcreed.com

in host name enter you host name and then in name server enter the nameserver of your hosting provider.

this is a shared hosting
and it's not possible to create hosts for the domain hostcreed.com
he does not have the control panel of hostcreed.com

They give me a message like below

Strangely those nameservers are working for other sites. Not sure why **** is not accepting those. They are pinging also.
Please point your domain to
ns1.hostcreed.com
ns2.hostcreed.com

I will set up forwarding for your DNS.

So I add namesevers ns1.hostcreed.com & ns2.hostcreed.com. They saved properly.
Now what I have to do ?

In my host, there is options like below,

Which one I have to select ?
When selecting Simple Dns Zone Editor I got like below,

your nameservers are

ns1.hostcreed.com
ns2.hostcreed.com

and not
hcn1.hostcreed.com
hcn2.hostcreed.com


go to the (.)tk control panel (what is your (.)tk domain ??? )
go to configure domain
click custom DNS
in the host name Put ns1.hostcreed.com in first box and ns2.hostcreed.com in the second ..

if the IP box is hi-lighted put the following if not then leave it as it is
216.224.183.141 next to the ns1.hostcreed.com
and
216.224.183.165 next to the ns2.hostcreed.com

done
click save and wait for few hours for the DNS propagation and your site will be working fine




after seeing the image , i fear there are no DNS entries done on the Host side!
tell your hosting provider to add the necessary DNS entries for your (dot)tk domain
and till then you go and add the nameservers as i said above in the domain control panel
