vbulletin - Installtion

It's have simple 13 step to install it.
You wanna just follow the README file in your vbulletin pack.

Nice bump. Giving the fact that Black, the original poster, has since posted several requests asking for uploaders and other help like which server he should move his new vBulletin site to I could safely guess that he managed to get it installed.

He could have responded but I think it's safe for mods to close this now.
