Help need to Setup a DDL Site...

Hi,
I am planning to launch a DDL Site. I need someone's help to start the site. At the moment I cant pay anything as I am broke. So I need this work done for free. I don't mind paying the person the whole amount he charges to setup the DDL Site after I start earning from the site.

Hope someone can help me out.

download wcddlv2: http://warezcoders.com/ (one of the best ddl scripts)
make a database, upload the sql.
upload the files.
edit the wcfg.php accordingly
and you own DDL site is up and ready
