HELP: need combine statistics and vbshout pro

Anyone help me how to combine the DragonByte Tech: vBShout (Pro) and [AJAX]Advanced Forum Statistics. I can't explain please check my image.

I want to move my chatbox beside my forum statistics and i want them to have the same width.
