Uploaded even if they don't count all the downloads....
Despositfiles even if they ban your account if there are too many files blocked
Rapidgator hard to download, waiting between 2 downloads is too long etc...
Turbobit download speed is ridiculous...

There no good hosts now for PPD plan, i mentionned the least bads imo....I search an other "correct" host for PPD but can't find it....
