help me in setting up my site in vps. plsss.

anyone here would help me in setting my site in vps, i just moved from shared hosting to vps and now my site is a mess. earlier everything was okay, not until i cannot log in to my admin panel in wordpress. i googled and i found out that W3 total cache is making the problem. i removed the plugin in kloxo and when i checked, all plug ins in my site were erased. worst i had 404 error on my site. anyone? i am in a tight budget and i dont have money to pay to manage my site. i spent 2 days for the migration and i still cant get the site up and running.

how to install and move worpress to kloxo/vps. i dont have cpanel available from my previous host but i have back up. i dont know where to upload those files.
