[Help] Image problems with webpage

Ok, so what I want to do is create a 'Recent Snaps' on my index page

So Picture1 /fade Picture2 /fade and so on - on a loop.

(Trying to create a slideshow type of thing so it's easily editable to add new pictures.)

And then for my gallery it'd go into the section say boats.

Then have

Previous .. Image .. Next, whats the best way to get the previous & next to go to the images without resetting the whole page?

Probably noob questions lol

I used to add slideshows to web pages days ago, I even integrated a few with wordpress themes. I guess this is what you're looking for

i think dreamweaver have that slide show option to add image, just try it

Something with JQuery will be the best since it does have fadeOut() and fadeIn() functions..

simply go for jquery cycle pluginB-) Jquery Cycle plugin it will address to all your needs from fading, sliding etc etc. I implemented it here in a loop if you need help with snippet just drop a message.
