Help, i need to "set up company" for website

Hello,

i want to make small adult site and use segpay or ccbill as payment processor for memberships.
But i need "to set up company in the US, Canada or EU" so i can use segpay.

Can i do this online and where and what country would be best to do it (Cyprus?)


Has anyone done this with ccbill and segpay and maybe can help me?

I live in the U.S and I don't believe its possible to setup a company online. However I believe that you can mail in your forms and such so that you don't actually have to appear in that state to file your company. Each state and country has different regulations and policies when applying for an LLC or DBA
