[HELP] Am I going to loose my files from RS?

Ok i read all news, but still one confusion.

RS converted my collectors account to RS premium automatically. i just got email from rs with new login id for premium.

thn i logged on rs premium aka my collectors account.

here is the thing i see..

as u see the storage exceeded already. as it was a collectors account.

Rapids = 0

but there is FP and PP .

now as i have heard that files will get deleted if there is no rapids.

please make this clear to me... is it true?? worried about my files:'(

Your files won't just be deleted without reason, don't panic.

You exceeded your storage limit, which means you won't be able to upload any more files to your account until you get the proper package.
If your files have not been downloaded for 60 days, they will be deleted automatically.

Hope this clears things up for you.

Not able to upload more files? I don't believe that's true.

One of my accounts is 740Gb over the package allotment, but I still manage to upload more files.

It looks like his account isn't converted to a Premium Premium account; it's just a Free Premium account (i.e. no download allotment). You need to convert your old RapidPoints to Rapids before July 6.

Better ask RS by email if they can convert the PP into FP and then convert all the FP into rapids. You will get 600 rapids for 10,000 FP.

This is not official (5,000FP + 5,000PP is) but I was offered this by RS.
