Help about About [All in One SEO Pack] Plugin

i want to ask if i changed the title in [All in One SEO plugin] more than 6 times

it will effect about my resultes in google and it will effect about indexing and make it slow

or this plugin just for change the title in Google without effecting about indexing or anything ​

no change in already indexed pages...but new pages will be indexed according to optimised page titles..dont mess up with permalinks though
