Tier 1 = 4$ / 1k DL
Tier 2 = 3$ / 1k DL
Tier 3 = 2$ / 1k DL
Tier 4 = 1$ / 1k DL
So not $0.1 but $1
Download speed for regular user is 1mb/s compare to other host where you can download only with 100kb/s its pretty good, don't you think?

There's no need. If a file hasn't been downloaded for 3 months, there's a 99% chance it won't be downloaded for another month.
